I have not received the product yet(it is being shipped now), but I really appreciate the transparency and communication. I was unable to answer the phone when he called regarding my order, but he left me a message informing me that there were certain parts I did not need and I was refunded for those parts. That itself says a lot to me. It is greatly appreciated. I will be sure to leave another review once I receive the product and use it. Based off my current experiences, 10 out of 10 would recommend!
