I have not received the product yet(it is being shipped now), but I really appreciate the transparency and communication. I was unable to answer the phone when he called regarding my order, but he left me a message informing me that there were certain parts I did not need and I was refunded for those parts. That itself says a lot to me. It is greatly appreciated. I will be sure to leave another review once I receive the product and use it. Based off my current experiences, 10 out of 10 would recommend! Straight forward installation, good guide to follow along to if you run into any problems, and most importantly great customer service. FYI to anyone looking at this kit… this seems to be the only available belt drive kit for this bike out right now DO NOT hesitate to cop this. Bike runs quiet and after a few test runs I’m extremely happy with this purchase. Will be sticking around for any potential upgrades to this kit and maybe anything else they cook up in the future. BeltsnShit certainly earned a new customer today 👍.
